Sala Borlotti Beans 500g Flavoured beans, a pale beige with marbled red they tend to go pink after cooking, with a rather creamy consistency, grown in Piedmont, in the provinces of Cuneo and Vercelli. Ideal for classic pasta and beans, salad, side dishes, soups, casseroles, stewed with meat. Cooking time about 60 minutes, we recommend soaking the beans overnight before use. Alternatively you can blanch the beans for 2 minutes and soak in cold water for 1 hour before cooking.
