An authentic taste of Italy
If you love Italian food, then you’ll want to use authentic ingredients. Our food cupboard has everything you need - piquant olives and sundried tomatoes from Tuscany, crostini from Abruzzo and tuna cooked and cured to the traditional recipes of Scicily.
Before your meal, crispy Pan Ducale crostini crackers are a great snack to enjoy with an aperitif - flavoured with spicy hot peppers, herbs, cheese, garlic, olives or sundried tomatoes – they’re all delicious. Or, as an alternative, try Fiorentini rice snacks with chili or tomato and basil.

The Caputo Double 0 flour is marvelous for making pizza, cakes or biscuits, whilst the Casale Paradiso mixes are exquisite seasoning which you can mix into pastas or use to top up pizzas and enhance flavours. They are all free from pesticides, insecticides, colouring and preservatives and you can give them a lift with Paneangeli yeast and baking powder.
