Shipping Information

Under all normal circumstances orders received after 1 PM  Monday to Thursday will be shipped out the next day as long as stocks are available.  

Orders received after 1 PM on Friday through Sunday will be shipped out on Monday (except for bank holidays).  If you have a time sensitive order, please inform us so we can try to accomodate your requests.

An order may only be cancelled if the goods have not been despatched. If you wish to cancel an order you must notify us by email at info@valentinafinefoods.com

If you wish to return goods, you may do so by returning them unused and unopened within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a refund or credit as required.

Our Returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Flat rates for delivery apply to UK addresses only.  Free delivery is applicable to orders of £50and over.
