At Valentina we serve good food that is deceptively simple, but executed well.
Both the Acaris and Zoccolas are descended from peasant farmers in Monte Cassino, and as such, our dishes use seasonal ingredients that are packed full of hearty flavour, using recipes that have been handed down the family for generations.
We make our egg pasta fresh every day, while our tomato sauce is made with tomatoes from our own farms in Italy. Olive oil (used and served in both the restauranti and shop) is our own special blend, from trees that are well over 100 years old.
We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, or simply pop in for a proper Italian coffee!
