SALAME DI CINGIALE (WILD BOAR SALAME) 4.50 PER 100G
Wild boar salami undergoes the same processes as pork meats however since wild boar meat often contains less fat, the final product tends to have a drier texture and stronger flavour.
Best to be enjoyed with a full-bodied red wine.

Parmigiano reggiano, from the region of Parma is aged for a minimum 24 months, has a crumbly pale texture and appearance with a fantastic full flavour. This is the cheese we pride our self on selling at Valentina

OIL/VINEGAR
VALENTINA EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL £15.50 1000ml £8.50 500ml
Our extra virgin olive oil is grown and pressed in our own family farm near the Town of Cassino (just south of Rome). The Olive variety we use is called Leccino and this produces a good smooth taste with a slight peppery kick at the end. This is good for all uses i.e. dressings, dips and even for cooking.
