CHARCUTERIE:
CHORIZO
A highly seasoned, coarsely ground pork sausage flavored with garlic, chili powder and other spices. It's widely used in both Mexican and Spanish cookery. Chorizo makes a tasty addition to many dishes including casseroles, soups and stews.
CHEESE:
ASIAGO
Asiago is made from full cream milk, with an elegant and light sweetness

Our extra virgin olive oil is grown and pressed in our own family farm near the Town of Cassino (just south of Rome). The Olive variety we use is called Leccino and this produces a good smooth taste with a slight peppery kick at the end. This is good for all uses i.e. dressings, dips and even for cooking.
